Charlotte and Liam are still at the top of the list when it comes to baby names here in Virginia. The Virginia Department of Health and the Office of Vital Records released a list of 2024’s top baby names last week. Charlotte, Olivia, Emma, Sophia and Amelia were at the top of the girls’ list, while Liam, Noah, James, Oliver and William were the most popular names for boys.
