The national average for gasoline fell 4 cents last week to $2.75 per gallon, while diesel dropped to $3.52 per gallon. GasBuddy reports the lowest gas price in Virginia Sunday was $2.26 per gallon, and the highest was $3.89, showing a wide range across the state.
