Urbanna’s Town Council is considering selling a 30-foot strip of land at the end of Virginia Street. Resident Robert Montague asked the town to sell it to his son, Latane Montague, whose nearby marina borders the site. A court agreement from the 1970s limits use of the land, banning construction and parking but allowing a boat ramp.
