Three Northern Neck Electric Co-op crew members were honored with Good Citizen Awards for their rapid response to a medical emergency in Richmond County. On November 5, a driver suffered cardiac arrest on Route 360 near the Downing Bridge and ran off the road into a cornfield. Crew members Mark Evans, Craig Loving, and Martin Pinon stopped immediately to render aid. Their swift action has since been credited with potentially saving the driver’s life. The awards were presented at a recent Board of Supervisors meeting.
