Plans to develop Rotary Poor House Park in Essex County are moving ahead. The Essex County Economic Development Authority was told the conceptual development plan is advancing and will soon be presented to county leaders. Greg Smith with the engineering firm TRC is scheduled to formally present the plan at an upcoming Board of Supervisors meeting. County officials are expected to review the proposal and discuss next steps once that presentation is made.
