Middlesex County officials say a public hearing will be scheduled early this year for citizens to comment on VDOT’s $6.95 million plan to build a roundabout at Twiggs Ferry Road and Stampers Bay Road. Details on property acquisition are still under review, and construction is not expected to be bid until August 2028. The hearing will take place near the proposed site for convenience. The date for that hearing has not yet been scheduled.
