The Richmond County Board of Supervisors is hearing from all sides over a proposed sale of two parcels of county-owned land. The first, near the Richmond County Family YMCA, spans 13.3 acres, while the second, bordered by Scott Town Rd., is about 30 acres. Both properties are located near the Northern Neck Electric Co-op facility. The sale could pave the way for a new residential development in Warsaw.
