Tom Phillips is retiring from Peninsula Heating and Air on Dec. 31 after 36 years with the company. Phillips, who started as a service technician in 1989, spent the majority of his career as a comfort consultant, meeting with clients and providing pricing and project guidance. Colleagues praised his dedication, personal connections, and mentorship within the company. Calvin Foster has returned to the company to fill Phillips’ role, bringing experience as a former service technician. Phillips plans to spend retirement with family, hunting, fishing, and singing in his church choir.
