King George County has officially opened its new courthouse at its new location on Government Center Boulevard. The transition from the old courthouse, which closed the week prior to the recent opening, was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local officials and community members. The new courthouse features upgraded facilities, including a General District courtroom and offices for the Commonwealth’s Attorney and Circuit Clerk.
