The Mathews Family YMCA will hold a free community presentation on “Aging, Isolation and Depression” on Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Haley Hamilton of Commonwealth Senior Living will lead the session, focusing on mental health challenges linked to aging.
