Mathews native Rhonda Carroll has been installed as the 2026 president of the Central Virginia Regional Multiple List Service. Carroll, a Mathews High School 2001 graduate, began her career in real estate in 2012 and quickly rose to prominence, earning Rookie of the Year in her first full year. She previously owned her own firm before merging with One South, which serves the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. In her new role, Carroll will continue to work in Mathews while overseeing operations across Central Virginia.
