30 year old Jesse David Foster of White Stone, will face a jury in Lancaster County Circuit Court March 2-6 on charges tied to a deadly three-vehicle crash on the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge. The July 13 accident involved Foster’s 2014 Mercedes-Benz passing another vehicle in the eastbound lane, sideswiping a 27 year old Madeline Hart Gunter in a Subaru Outback and striking a 53 year old Ernesto Santiago in a Ford Fusion head-on. Foster’s passenger, 42 year old Crystal Michelle Lyles, also died at the scene. Speed and alcohol are cited as major factors.
