The Irvington Town Council is weighing how to spend $220,000 in capital funds, with early discussions pointing to drainage, storage, traffic calming and upgraded internet as top priorities. Suggestions also included permanent restrooms and more sidewalks near West Irvington’s blind curves. Council members are being asked to submit short- and long-term project lists ahead of future funding decisions. Public hearings were also held for two separate conditional use permits involving a short-term rental and creekside redevelopment.
