The Hole in the Wall Waterfront Grill has filed for an emergency injunction against the Mathews County Board of Supervisors after they were evicted from the county-owned property on Gwynn’s Island earlier this month. The county filed the eviction notice on July 10th after they said the owner missed previous lease payments. The restaurant owner claims the board violated its 2016 lease by failing to give required notice.
