Bay Rivers Telehealth Alliance has been named the Outstanding Rural Health Organization by the National Rural Health Association. The Tappahannock-based network of 13 member groups and 40 partners was recognized for expanding telehealth access, boosting behavioral health care, and tackling substance use issues in underserved areas.
