Adam Spanberger made history Monday as Virginia’s first gentleman after his wife, Abigail Spanberger, was sworn in as the state’s first female governor. A computer engineer and avid cyclist, Spanberger says he plans to work behind the scenes supporting his wife’s administration. The couple celebrated the inauguration with family and friends.
