Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian in Warsaw. Troopers say 58 year old Arthur A. Day of Warsaw was struck while crossing Richmond Road Tuesday night after one vehicle swerved to avoid him and a second vehicle hit him. The driver of a dark-colored SUV fled the scene, and investigators are asking anyone with information to contact state police as the investigation continues.
