The 12th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser will be held this Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Bay School Community Arts Center in Mathews. Handmade bowls from the Clay by the Bay Ceramics Guild will be sold, with soup, bread, cookies, and water served in the studio. Guests can dine in or take meals to go. Each bowl and serving costs $20, with extra soup for $5. A raffle of donated artwork will conclude the event. Proceeds benefit Hands Across Mathews, supporting local families in need.
