The Gloucester unit of the Boys and Girls Club is set for extensive renovations and program expansions. Plans include upgraded flooring, improved lighting, additional bathrooms, and new program support to better serve after-school children. Since opening in 2001, the Gloucester facility has hosted nearly 25,000 kids. The club aims to raise $400,000 for improvements and has already secured $110,000. Construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with upgrades phased in as additional funds are raised.
