Caledon State Park has added 455 acres, bringing its total to 3,034 acres and now spanning both sides of Route 218. The northern section features forests and farm fields, while the southern area includes wetlands, a 47-acre lake, and forested land. The expansion, formerly the Lake Caledon Property, is divided by the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail, offering new recreational opportunities for visitors.
