30 year old Dylan Rector of Montross will spend 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to two felony counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer and a misdemeanor for defrauding a business. Rector spat twice on a Tappahannock officer while in custody following a $16.41 bill dispute at Applebee’s. Judge John S. Martin suspended most of his 10-year sentence and placed him on up to five years of supervised probation with strict conditions, including random drug testing and a ban from the Applebee’s property.
