The Urbanna Town Council has submitted a purchase agreement and $10,000 in earnest money to buy the H&H Properties building at 300 Virginia St. The 3,000 square-foot, two-story building will cost $615,000, paid entirely in cash with no mortgage. Funding comes from CARES Act money, proceeds from the old town hall sale, and town reserves.
