Kevin Vaughn was arrested Saturday morning after deputies responded to reports of gunfire at a townhouse on Jacqueline Drive in Gloucester County. Investigators say bullets penetrated windows of the townhouse and a nearby vehicle. Vaughn was detained without incident and charged with 14 counts of discharging a firearm in a dwelling, three counts of reckless handling of a firearm, and one count of injuring property. A family member inside was taken to Riverside Walter Reed Hospital for evaluation. Vaughn was denied bond and is being held at Northern Neck Regional Jail as the investigation continues.
