A 60-year-old Warsaw woman will spend 7 months in jail for a 2024 crash that killed 80-year-old Diane Kean in Tappahannock. Michelle Ann King pleaded guilty to felony involuntary manslaughter DUI and misdemeanor drugged driving. She also received a suspended 10-year sentence, a 12-month suspended DUI sentence, fines, an indefinite license revocation, and up to five years of supervised probation with substance abuse treatment. Under the terms of a plea deal, King will get credit for time served.
