Early in-person voting for the November 4 general and special elections begins Friday in Lancaster and Northumberland counties. Polls will be open weekdays and select Saturdays, with ballots also available by mail or drop box. Statewide races include governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, and all 100 House of Delegates seats. Local contests cover boards of supervisors, school boards, and several special elections, including town councils and the Lancaster Commissioner of the Revenue. Northumberland voters will also decide a referendum on changing the school board selection process. Ballots and polling information are available through each county’s election office or online.
