Lancaster County is advancing plans to build the Hills Quarter Tennis Park on the eastern 12 acres of a 58-acre county-owned parcel. The dusk-to-dawn facility will serve both the new school under construction on the western portion and the public. Plans include an access drive from Old St. Johns Road and parking.
