A quick reminder now, Lancaster County will hold its fall Household Hazardous and Electronic Waste collection from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 20 at the Courthouse on Mary Ball Road. Residents can drop off old chemicals, petroleum products, pool chemicals, pesticides, electronics, and spent fluorescent or CFL bulbs. Items not accepted include ammunition, radioactive materials, tires, car batteries, medical waste, and prescription drugs.
