A 32 year old Heathsville woman was arrested in Lancaster following a stabbing on Twin Branch Road. According to the Lancaster Sheriff’s Office, multiple witnesses reported that Felicia S. Owens stabbed her brother, along with another man. Owens faces charges for the attack. Authorities continue investigating the incident. There has been no official update on the victims’ conditions.
