The Middlesex County Board of Supervisors has proposed a $36.3 million budget for fiscal year 2025-2026, maintaining current tax rates with no increases on property or personal property taxes. The budget includes a 3% raise for county and school employees, and a one-time $750 bonus for county workers not eligible for a state-funded bonus. A public hearing on the proposal will be held April 21 at the Historic Courthouse in Saluda.
