Retired General Sues Gloucester Sheriff Over Hunters
Retired Army Brigadier General Billy Don Farris the Second is suing Gloucester County Sheriff Darrell Warren. The federal lawsuit claims Warren failed to remove hunters and hunting dogs repeatedly entering Farris’ posted property. Farris alleges the policy violates his constitutional property rights.
