Fatal Norris Bridge Crash Trial Moved To Spotsylvania
The trial of Jesse Foster in connection with the fatal July 2025 Norris Bridge crash has been moved from Lancaster County to Spotsylvania Circuit Court. Defense attorneys argued extensive media coverage and public reaction could prevent a fair trial in Lancaster. A new trial date has not been announced.
