Tappahannock Woman Killed in Head-On Crash on Kino Road

29 year old Devin Nicole Woodland of Tappahannock died last Wednesday after her 2019 Kia Sorento crossed the double-yellow line on Kino Road in Essex County. Woodland’s SUV struck a northbound 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Virginia State Police continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
